Q: Do I have to alter the way I use salesforce.com today to be able to evaluate Incite2?

A: No, Incite2 works with your existing salesforce.com configuration.

Q: Salesforce is already hard to use, won't your product add more confusion to using salesforce?

A: No, Incite2 simplifies most of the common tasks that salespeople use with salesforce.  Incite2 makes it easier to use... and a lot faster to get things done.

Q: What is the quickest way to evaluate Incite2?

A: We recommend a walk, jog, run strategy.  Walk stage involves making calls using the Incite2 console.  This will make users immediate faster at making calls to prospects and customers.  Jog stage involves putting content into Incite2 in the form of call prompts, voicemails and emails.  This enables users to have richer, more targeted conversations with their prospects and customers.  Run stage involves using your activities, call list and campaigns to prioritize your calling efforts with the Who-To-Call dashboard.  This incremental approach to getting value out of Incite2 has helped sales professionals get started with Incite2, getting more productive on day one, and then extracting more value over time.

Q: Why does ShadeTree spend so much time focusing on speed / making more calls?

Q: I have never used a plug-in application for salesforce, what's involved?

A: Certified salesforce applications are built as "plug-and-play" applications to your instance of salesforce to minimize the effort to install and maintain software.  Incite2 is a certified application, meaning that Salesforce has tested ShadeTree's software for compatibility and security and awarded ShadeTree a certification based on Incite2 passing their rigorous tests.  To connect Incite2 to your instance of  salesforce, one of our engineers is granted temporary access to your instance of salesforce by your salesforce administrator so we can configure communication with the Incite2's servers.  The process is scheduled and typically is completed within 24 hours.  There is no risk to your instance of salesforce.

Q: Do I have to have a specific version of salesforce to use Incite2?

A: Yes, Incite2 requires professional, enterprise or unlimited editions of salesforce.com.
