Incite2 enables you to powerfully communicate with each prospect in their own language… significantly increasing your odds with getting attention, establishing interest and converting that interest into desire and action.
Features include:
- Personas – supports lead or contact detail for functional area, title/position, and role in the purchase decision
- Call Guides – enable sales reps with powerful, “on-message” language, consists of:
- Conversation starter – leading statements to quickly gain attention
- Voicemail template – messaging that emphasizes your call purpose and call-to-action
- Email templates – pre-populated email templates that reinforce voice messages and re-iterate call-to-action
- Links - quickly reference detailed product literature or presentation materials during a call with a prospect, from within Salesforce

Incite2 complements rich information delivery with unique data capture capabilities.
Features include:
- Call Qualification Questions and Weighted Areas of Interest Capture – captures and gives insight into to prospect’s areas of interest and desire. Unlike most conversation notes which are not reportable, Incite2 provides valuable feedback to marketing, product teams and outside sales personnel.
